Overview
Brand Content Strategy
What is this? It is a list of content topic suggestions automatically generated by Geneo based on your current AI visibility performance.
What can you see
- Recommended Article Title (e.g., "How to Choose the Right Brand Visibility Tracking Tool for AI Search Engines")
- Content Type Label (Commercial/Review, Informational/Guides, etc.)
- Sort by Priority Content Direction
How to use
- Prioritize handling "Commercial/Review" and "Commercial/Recommendation" types -- these directly affect whether AI recommends you in comparison/selection questions
- Take the proposed title asthe starting point of the content calendarand assign it to the content team
- Review monthly to see if the newly released content covers these topics
💡 Tip: Select 1–2 suggested topics to implement each week, rather than completing all at once
Top Referenced Domains
What is this The top 30 websites most frequently cited by AI when answering relevant questions in the past 30 days.
What can you see
- Domain rankings (e.g., searchengineland.com, en.wikipedia.org, semrush.com)
- Number of citations
- Visualization Bar Chart of Citation Frequency
How to use
- Priority objective: Get your brand featured on these high-frequency citation sites
- Contributions/Guest Posts (e.g., searchengineland.com, techradar.com)
- Product reviews (e.g., semrush.com, hubspot.com)
- Authoritative directory listings (e.g., aiclicks.io, otterly.ai)
- Content optimization direction: Study how these sites write relevant content
- Structure (subheading, list, comparison table)
- Evidence (data, cases, citation sources)
- Positioning (How to Describe Brand Differentiation)
- Competitor Analysis: If competing products have already appeared on these sites, find their content and conduct benchmarking
💡 Tip: If your official website enters the Top 30, it means AI has started to recognize you as a "citable authoritative source"
Competitors
Add 3–5 competing products, including at least:
- Industry leader
- Direct competitor
Selected competing products will be included in the OverviewCompetitive LandscapeandAnalyticsfor continuous monitoring
Analytics
Core Indicator Card (4 Dimensions)
When you enter the Analytics page, you will see 4 key metrics:
Unable to copy content that is being loaded
Metric Comparison
What is this A comparison of brand vs competing product visibility trends across the timeline (default: past 30 days).
What can you see
- Line chart of Brand Visibility (%) for each brand
- Canarbitrarily switchtime range
- Switchable comparison dimensions (Brand Visibility / Link Visibility / Brand Mentions / Link References)
How to use
- Look at trends, not single points
- If your curve continues to rise (for 2–4 consecutive weeks), it indicates that the optimization is effective
- If the curve of the competing product suddenly rises, click in to see what content they have recently released
- Identify turning points
- During which week did your curve show a significant change? What was the corresponding content/PR action?
- Record and replicate successful experiences
- Set benchmarking targets
- Select 1–2 direct competing products as the targets to catch up with
- Weekly update on the gap (e.g., "The gap with Semrush this week has narrowed from 45% to 42%")
Sentiment Distribution
What is this The distribution of emotional tendencies (Positive / Neutral / Negative) when AI mentions each brand.
What can you see
- Horizontal bar chart, green = positive, gray = neutral, red = negative
- Comparison of emotional proportions among brands
How to use
- Your Neutral ratio is too high → It indicates that AI mentions you but does not provide a clear recommendation or evaluation → Action: Strengthen differentiators, advantages, and applicable scenarios in the content to give AI more "citable conclusions"
- The Positive ratio of competing products is significantly higher → Click into the Prompts module to see specifically which issues the competing products are positively evaluated in → Analyze what they do better in terms of content/signals
- Negative (red) appears → Immediately identify which issues/which AI engines provided negative descriptions → Check for misinterpretation or whether brand representation/boundary explanations need adjustment
💡 Ideal state: Positive proportion >70%, Neutral <30%, Negative close to 0
Prompts
Brand Prompts
What is this The management center for all the issues (Prompts) you are monitoring.
What can you see
- Complete question text for each Prompt
- Language/Market Label
- Two buttons:View Strategy | Generate New
- 🗑️ (Delete)

Operation 2: View Strategy
When to use

- Content type labels (Informational/How, Commercial/Comparison, etc.)

- The competitive landscape has changed (new competing products enter / your ranking changes)
Differences from View Strategy
- View Strategy: View historically generated strategies
- Generate New: Based onthe latest datato regenerate the strategy
💡 Tip: Execute Generate New on key Prompts once a month to ensure the strategy keeps pace with changes
Delete Prompt
When will it be deleted?
- This issue is no longer a business priority
- The monitoring scope needs to be contracted and focused
Note After deletion, historical data will remain in Library, but will no longer participate in new monitoring and scoring calculations.
