General Terms

By accessing and using Geneo, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms of Service outlined below. These terms apply to the entire platform and any communication between you and Geneo.

Under no circumstances shall Geneo team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the services on this platform, even if Geneo team or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Geneo will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our GEO and AEO optimization services. We reserve the rights to change prices and revise the resource usage policy at any time.

License

These Terms of Service are a contract between you and Geneo (referred to in these Terms of Service as "Geneo", "us", "we" or "our"), the provider of the Geneo platform and the GEO & AEO optimization services accessible from the Geneo platform (which are collectively referred to in these Terms of Service as the "Geneo Service").

You are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Geneo Service. In these Terms of Service, "you" refers both to you as an individual and to the entity you represent. If you violate any of these Terms of Service, we reserve the right to cancel your account or block access to your account without notice.

Service Description

Geneo provides Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) services designed to help businesses optimize their content for AI-powered search engines and answer systems.

Our services include but are not limited to content analysis, optimization recommendations, performance tracking, and AI-powered insights for improving content visibility in generative AI platforms.

User Responsibilities

As a user of Geneo services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights of others
• Not engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt the platform
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the security of our services

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Geneo services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Distribute spam, malware, or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Engage in any activity that could damage our reputation or services
• Use automated tools to abuse our service limits

Payment and Billing

Payment terms for Geneo services:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Accounts may be suspended for non-payment
• You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of our services

Intellectual Property

Geneo retains all rights to its platform, technology, and proprietary algorithms. You retain ownership of the content you provide to our platform, but grant us a license to use, modify, and optimize that content for the purpose of providing our GEO and AEO services.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform or services without explicit written permission.

Data and Privacy

Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Geneo services, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, Geneo services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Geneo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to Geneo services will be discontinued
• Any outstanding fees remain due and payable
• We may delete your account and associated data after a reasonable notice period
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Geneo is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of Geneo services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
